Our Case Management Programs Division strives to provide essential support to at-risk students in Duval County schools. We do this by placing full-time site coordinators directly within these schools. These coordinators provide a range of services to students, including individual and group counseling sessions, home visits, and coordinated parental involvement. Our programs are designed to provide access to critical resources and support to students who may be at risk of falling behind or dropping out. By offering these services, we hope to empower students to overcome challenges and achieve academic success.
