The Dad Diaries is a space for honest stories about modern fatherhood, parenting, family life, and everything that happens behind the scenes. Created by Joseph Tito, a father of twin daughters born through surrogacy, the platform shares real experiences of raising twins, navigating the mental load of parenting, LGBTQ family life, surrogacy, family travel, and the unexpected challenges of becoming a dad. Through personal essays, practical guides, books, and podcast conversations, The Dad Diaries goes beyond picture-perfect parenting to explore the exhaustion, humor, love, identity, and everyday chaos that come with raising a family. It is a place for parents looking for stories that feel real, relatable, and human.
