Hi, I’m Pankaj and I proudly work at DubaiTicketExpert. I am part of the team that manages the Afternoon Desert Safari experience for our guests. My role is to make sure every visitor feels excited and well prepared before going to the desert. I explain all the activities like dune bashing, camel rides, sandboarding, sunset photography, and the BBQ dinner in very simple words. I also guide guests about pickup timings and safety instructions. I enjoy talking to travellers from different countries and helping them create amazing memories in Dubai. For me, customer happiness is the most important part of my job, and I always try my best to give friendly and helpful support.
