About
The MBBS entrance exam in India is mainly conducted through NEET-UG (National Eligibility cum Entrance Test), organized by the National Testing Agency. NEET is compulsory for admission to MBBS courses in government and private medical colleges, including AIIMS and JIPMER. Students must have completed 12th grade with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology. The exam includes multiple-choice questions from these subjects. Admission is based on merit and counseling processes at national and state levels. NEET ensures a single, transparent system for medical admissions across India, helping deserving students secure seats in recognized medical institutions.
