I recently had to go to the United Airlines Houston Office and my experience was generally good. The place was easy to locate, and parking was convenient. I was greeted immediately upon entering, and the employees were polite and professional. I needed to resolve a complex booking problem about a missed flight, and the representative who helped me was patient and careful. She ensured that she explained all the alternatives available, and assisted me to rebook my flight at no additional cost. The only negative was that I had to wait slightly longer than anticipated, but it was not a significant hassle as the waiting area was tidy and in good condition. There were some other customers before me, but the staff dealt with the situation effectively. I liked that they were proactive about informing me of any delays or updates. One recommendation I would have is to provide more staff during the busy hours. With a bit of extra manpower, the waiting time could be significantly shorter. Overall, I had a pleasant experience, and I'd certainly think about using their service again.
