@Ldpconnect
LDP Connect is the global community of professionals who manage, support or recruit for early talent pipeline development programs (sometimes called “rotational programs”). Serving over 40% of the Fortune 100, we provide research, events and solutions to organizations that invest in and develop their emerging talent. Since 2012, LDP Connect has hosted the annual LDP Summit® – a two-day conference for early talent managers and campus recruiters working to grow early career hires into leaders. The conference features case study presentations, benchmarking data on development program practices and collaborative workshops. LDP Connect also runs the biennial LDP Survey – a comprehensive study of compensation, recruiting, training, retention, budgeting, off-boarding, staffing and program evaluation practices. LDP Connect is where early talent management professionals come to connect with each other, and to make their programs better.
