Inside the Studio: What Professional Production Looks Like Up Close
There is a moment, early in a production day, before the first shot is taken, when a studio reveals its character. Equipment is arranged with the kind of deliberateness that suggests it has been thought about. Cables run along walls rather than across floors. Light modifiers are positioned and adjusted by increments. Nobody is hurrying. Nobody is improvising. The session has not started, and already it is clear that this is a place where things are done a certain way.
