Hello! My name is Suzie DeBusk. I founded DragonPoint Software in 1988. What I’ve always loved best about my work was helping my clients be more efficient and effective in their jobs, and I knew software was a great tool for doing this.
Unfortunately, as a software developer working for someone else, I saw just the opposite. Instead of seeing software improve a business’s efficiency, I watched companies struggled as they worked with awkward software systems or reluctantly changed their business to fit the software. I heard horror stories from business owners who tried to find a good software solution.
