Lesley (Tugg) earned his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Texas Medical Branch. He is a Certified Sports Clinical Specialist and trained in the Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA) and Functional Movement Screening (FMS) systems. Lesley opened Research Enhanced Performance Services (REPS) in December, 2016.
